GEORGIE DENYER
Director and Registered Manager
Georgie is the founder of Angelcare. She was very fond of her nan and grandad who passed away and wanted to start this company in their legacy. She has many qualifications and years of experience in the care sector. As Georgie herself has been a carer, she feels its important to make sure our carers here at Angelcare are well looked after and recognised. Georgie's most important job is to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied. As registered manager, she is constantly looking to improve the service here at Angelcare and although young, is very level headed and approachable. Georgie regularly competes with her horses and spends a lot of time with her dogs as well as working hard at Angelcare.

Elysa is very important to the company, although new to care she has many years of experience working in business, accounts and book keeping, Elysa keeps all of the paperwork and accounts at Angelcare inline and up to date. Elysa was also a co-founder of Angelcare, she supported Georgie with the idea of setting up an outstanding care company and supported her all the way, Elysa also encourages staff development and makes sure the customers here at Angelcare are happy and well looked after. Elysa likes to go for long walks with the dogs in her spare time.
LYNN DICKERSON
Office Manager
"I joined Angelcare three years ago as an Administrator and I am now the Office Manager based at our Walberton Office. Having worked in the care industry for 15 years, I help to support and encourage our caring, compassionate staff in their varied roles. The teamwork and dedication have enabled the company to grow significantly, and we now have four offices, a Day Centre and wheelchair accessible transport. At 'Team Angelcare,' we always go the extra mile to facilitate all areas of care in the community whilst also encouraging our staff to 'grow' into a job for life. Supporting carers and other staff in an often challenging but rewarding role and is also something I am passionate about, as is ensuring that we are providing the best care to the customers we look after. It is a privilege to be part of such an amazing team with excellent family values at its core."
TERESA FLACK

"I'm Teresa the Care Manager of Angelcare, I have worked here for just over a year and enjoy encouraging and inspiring the care workers to thrive within their job role"
LINZI PITTS
Training Manager
"Hello I’m Linzi. I joined Angelcare in March 2021; I am very proud to have just been promoted to Training Manager in our large well equipped training room. My background is in both care and teaching. I started my Nurse training in 1983 and worked for the NHS for 30 years progressing to being a sister on the Intensive Care Unit at Worthing Hospital. I loved my job but when my children were small, I decided to go back to university and train as a primary school teacher.
When the pandemic hit, I felt the need to return to care work and worked for St Barnabas Hospice for the duration of 2020 before applying to work for Angelcare as an Assistant Trainer. I love my job, as I am able to train our own staff and outside candidates in care work equipping them with the knowledge to provide excellent standards of care and inspiring them to be the best they can be for their clients each and every day."
CLAIRE NASH
Day Centre Manager
"Hi my name is Claire, I joined Angelcare in July 2021 to work in the day centre as an Activities Coordinator. I have enjoyed working with the clients and ensuring they are given the care and support that they may need while offering a wide variety of activities to help keep the clients active. Since I started working in care and have gained my level 4 in Health and Social Care and have recently been promoted to Day Centre Manager. I am enjoying the new challenges that every day brings and we are striving as a team to maintain the high standards that the day centre offers which include maintaining our 5* food hygiene rating. We always like to think of the clients as our extended family and want to be able to always offer them a warm, family, safe and comfortable environment."

"I was employed by Elysa and Georgie in June 2020 after being made redundant at the start of the pandemic. Being made redundant felt frightening but it turned out for the better as Angelcare is now a big part of my life and I enjoy all aspects of the jobs I do. I started at Angelcare as a Finance Assistant and have since got my own Assistant and been promoted to PA. No day is ever the same at Angelcare which keeps us all on our toes and that’s the way I like it best."
